Art & Creativity Session Cost & Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be booked individually or in blocks of 6 to secure the same day & time.

Sessions take place in term times.

Arrangements for sessions during school holidays can be negotiated on an individual basis.

Individual Sessions will be invoiced immediately after the session, long term bookings will be invoiced for on a monthly basis.  Payment is expected within 10 days of receipt of invoice. 

Please note all payments are by bank transfer. 

Session times are fixed, so if a client is late the session cannot be extended and the time cannot be made up at a later date. 

Missed sessions will be invoiced for unless a minimum of one full working day notice has been given. 

All sessions are for an hour, unless otherwise agreed on an individual basis.
